Chief Accountant/Accounting Manager

• Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting roles e.g. Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, General Ledger, forecasting, budgeting, etc.
• Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts operations.
• Perform a full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
• Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring, and controls.
• Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, and cash-flow management reporting.
• Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries.
• Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams.
• Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the setup.
• Supporting the Finance Manager in ensuring that inter-company cost allocations are in line with management agreements and transfer pricing policy
• Consultative with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives

Salary:
SAR 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• My client has won several Large projects in Saudi and is looking to expand the team. As one of the most established and oldest construction companies in Saudi Arabia, my client always offers good job security as they have ongoing projects.
• We are looking for Finance & Accounting staff who are degree qualified, have worked with Large Construction Companies in the past, and are currently in Saudi with Transferable IQAMA.
• Must have a minimum of 10 years of gulf main contracting (construction) background to qualify for the interviews*
