Chief Commercial Officer

Job description / Role

Our client is seeking for a seasoned Chief Commercial Officer to lead their Sales and Marketing divisions. This executive will oversee the delivery and performance of residential and mixed-use project sales across key markets including Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, and Khobar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the commercial strategy for all active and upcoming projects.
• Manage and mentor both the Sales Director and Marketing Director, with a combined indirect team of approx. 40.
• Develop pricing, positioning, and go-to-market plans tailored to each city’s unique market dynamics.
• Report directly to the CEO, with full responsibility for revenue generation.

• Deep understanding of the Saudi real estate market and buyer behavior.
• Proven leadership experience managing large, high-performing commercial teams.
• Preference for Saudi nationals and Arabic-speaking.
• Strong track record of delivering sales targets across multi-city developments.
