Job description / Role
The candidate with be tasked with implementing the:
* Design and Master Planning
* Leading all construction
* Oversight of construction teams
* Main and Sub Contracting arrangements
* Sourcing and Procurement
* Value engineering analysis
* Project Execution against the time frame
* Cost and quality
You must have:
* Worked for a leading Real Estate Developer in Mixed Use Hospitality Developments
Requirements
* You will be Degree Qualified in a Construction, Engineering or Architectural related industry and have at least 20 years hands on experience.
* You MUST have held a similar position for in excess of 6 years and have completed a project from cradle to grave.
