Chief Development Officer

Job description / Role

Our client is a leading Real Estate Developer in Saudi Arabia that has a major mixed use developments across the Kingdom.

We are looking for a Native Arabic Speaker to lead the delivery of an number of key Mixed Use Developments across the country working closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors.

You must have:

• Delivered projects in Saudi Arabia and have strong relationships with contractors and sub contractors.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Architecture or related.
• Experience in Retail, Malls, Hospitality, F&B and Entertainment Projects.
• 15 Years experience leading projects and completed at least 3 projects from START to FINISH.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Exceptional references.

This role is base in Riyadh and open to Native Arabic Speakers (Written and Spoken).
