Chief Engineer (Mechanical and Electrical/Municipal Affairs)

Job description / Role

1. Responsible for the overall control of the quality and technical work of all construction projects of the company;
2. Responsible for the review of construction drawings and proposing technical, cost and process optimization suggestions.
3. Responsible for connecting with foreign supervision engineers, designers and general contractor engineers to solve technical and solutions related to drawings.
4. Manage the company's overall core technology, organize the formulation and implementation of major technical decisions and technical solutions;
5. Solve technical problems at the construction site;
6. Be responsible for organizing the identification and handling of major quality accidents, inspect the construction site from time to time, monitor the quality of the project at any time, and call relevant personnel to deal with problems in a timely manner;
7. Review and approve relevant technical information for bidding and tendering;
8. Review and approve the construction organization design and construction plan reported by the project department, and formulate construction process parameters;
9. Participate in the drawing review and plan demonstration organized by Party A;
10. Be responsible for the quality acceptance of the project organization foundation, main part and unit project;
11. Be responsible for implementing local laws and policies and establishing and improving corresponding management systems;
12. Evaluate the quality of the project based on the self-inspection data reported by the construction site;
13. Preside over the preparation of technical documents for handover and completion, participate in the handover and completion acceptance, organize the writing of construction technology summaries and academic papers, and be responsible for reviewing and reporting to superiors.

1. Good language reading and writing skills (intermediate business English or equivalent)
2. Education and professional knowledge: Bachelor degree or above, architecture, electrical, water supply and drainage, HVAC and other related majors.
3. 10 years of work experience or more, more than 3 years of work experience in the same position, with intermediate or above professional title;
4. Familiar with industry standards, with certain business and legal knowledge;
5. Good personnel coordination and communication skills, good writing and language expression skills.
6. Proficient in CAD, REVIT and other software related to building equipment design, proficient in various general office software;
Those with work experience in design institutes and construction units are preferred.

Salary:
USD 2,600 to 4,200 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
