Description
As the Chief Enterprise Architect at Müller's Solutions, you will be responsible for defining and leading the architectural strategy and roadmap for our organization. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to align technology solutions with business goals and drive innovation through effective enterprise architecture practices.
Role responsibilities
- Develop and communicate the enterprise architecture vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term goals.
- Lead the development and maintenance of enterprise-wide architectural standards and frameworks, ensuring consistency, scalability, and security across all technology solutions.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize technology initiatives and ensure they align with the architectural vision.
- Provide expert guidance and advice on technology-related decisions, considering both short-term needs and long-term strategic objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of architects, ensuring their professional growth and development and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Chief Enterprise Architect or a similar leadership role, driving architecture initiatives at an enterprise level.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks, such as TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) or NORA Framework.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to align technology strategies with business goals and objectives.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of architects.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in the development and implementation of digital transformation strategies, driving organizational change through technology enablement.
- Certification in enterprise architecture frameworks or methodologies, such as TOGAF or NORA, demonstrating your expertise in the field.
- Experience in a global organization or working with diverse teams, enabling you to effectively navigate and collaborate in a multicultural environment.
