Employment: Full Time

The company:
Established in Bahrain for over 20 years our Client is a leading Investment Bank. They are currently looking for a Chief Executive Officer their Riyadh Office

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Ensuring that all corporate policies and procedures supporting the Company’s activities and operations are carried out in compliance with regulations and laws governing the business
• Overseeing the functions of the Head of Departments, CFO, Risk, Compliance and Money Laundering Reporting Officer
• Developing and recommending a long-term business strategy and vision for the Company that leads to creation of shareholder value
• Actively participate in growing the business along with the Head of Departments.
• Developing and recommending to the Board annual business plans and budgets that support the Company’s short and long-term strategy
• Monitoring progress of corporate strategic, financial and operational goals and reporting performance to the Board
• Maintaining customer relationships and monitoring customer service levels at all times
• Managing 3rd party alliances / partnerships and monitoring the effectiveness of these deals
• Analyzing business needs and reporting on these needs to the Board
• Overseeing the process of closure / termination of any relationship with institutional clients
• Reviewing periodic reports issued by the Risk, Compliance and Money Laundering Reporting Officer and initiating remedial action where necessary
• Assuring existence of adequate skills to meet business objectives
• Demonstrating personal integrity, teamwork, interpersonal skills and customer focus
• Maintaining a positive and ethical work climate that is conducive to attracting, retaining and motivating a diverse group of top-quality employees at all levels

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor/Master Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Previous experience working as CEO
• Experience in Fund Creation and all related fund management
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in asset management
• Must have strong experience in Private & public funds
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Excellent written & communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong leadership skills
