Chief Financial Officer

Job description / Role

Our client, is a leading FM service provider based in Jeddah, KSA. They are currently seeking for a Chief Financial Officer to lead and handle the company's overall financial aspects along with the CEO.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, and compliance. They will collaborate with the CEO to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.

Responsibilities:
- Create and present financial strategy recommendations to CEO
- Coaching and developing the team
- Excellent knowledge of IFRS, Audit and Compliance
- Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
- Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
- Manage internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

- Must be Arabic speaker (native)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong finance-based analytical skills
- At least 15 years' of finance experience
- CPA, ACCA or similar certification are added advantage
