Job description / Role
We are looking to recruit a Chief Financial Officer - Saudi National to be based in Riyadh for a large real estate holding company. The CFO will be responsible for the financial and operational strategy of the business and will report to the CEO and the board.
Key Responsibilities
* Development of the Finance & Control function's strategy
* Drive financial planning/budgeting, policy, procedures and control functions to ensure that the company delivers on its strategy and objectives.
* Manage the Financial Planning, Budgeting & Reporting, Financial & Management Accounting, Treasury Management & capital Investment, Risk Management, and Cost control & Estimation departments.
* Develop & utilize predictive Real Estate models and activity based financial analysis to provide insight into the organization's operations and business plans
* Managing cash flow of the company
* Provides solid financial analysis and advice to the Board of Directors to enable effective financial target setting
* Direct and oversee the accounting, financial planning, financial analysis, budgeting, and treasury activities of the company.
* Participate in corporate policy development and the development of short, medium and long term financial plans, and projections
Requirements
* Must be Saudi National
* Stable CV track record with at least 4-5 years in each previous roles
* Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
* Master's degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred
* ACCA/ CIMA/ ACA/ CPA
* A minimum 15 years of experience
* Relevant experience in the hospitality / real estate sector is preferred
* Arabic and English preferred
