Chief Operating Officer

Job description / Role

Chief Operating Officer COO) to overseeing the day to day administrative and operational function of company business. COO shall have:

Capable and responsible for managing the pre-construction , construction, commissioning and closing Phases including but not limited to development of constructability plan, resources allocations , mobilization plan, logistic plan, project controls, cost control system, reviewing and analyzing plans, negotiating change orders, coordinating and directing work of subcontractors, developing general relationship with all concern project parties, make strategic decisions and provide leadership and directions to project managers to implement those decisions .

Capable to devising cost -effective plans to enable effective project completion within allocated budget, managing risks to avoid delays or damage. Ensuring permits and legal papers are secured ahead of the project start.

Requirements

Qualification & Skill Requirement:

Has ability to organize and manage multiple projects at different sites. Must have civil engineering degree. Minimum 15 years’ experience in construction projects which out of 7 years with projects as COO or GM. Excellent communication skills.
