Chief Operating Officer

Location: We are looking for candidates for various hospital projects in the MENA region

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring that all departments are operating efficiently and effectively.
• Work closely with the CEO to develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and improve performance.
• Manage and lead a team of senior managers, including the heads of each department, to ensure that the hospital is meeting its targets.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements to enhance patient care and the overall patient experience.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Oversee the financial management of the hospital, including budgeting and financial reporting.
• Participate in the recruitment and development of staff, ensuring that all employees receive appropriate training and development opportunities.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in business administration or healthcare management.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a managerial position in a hospital, of which at least 5 years in the MENA region.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategic plans.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong financial management skills, with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards

Languages:

• English mandatory, with additional fluency in Arabic and French being added value

Salary Package:

• Package offered will depend on experience, qualifications, the size and location of the project
