Position Title: Chief Operating Officer- KSA
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 60K SAR all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A renowned EPC contracting company in KSA trusted within industrial sectors across Middle East region.

Job Description:
• Lead comprehensive operational oversight of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and maintenance across major oil & gas projects.
• Drive operational excellence, focusing on cost, schedule (on-time delivery), quality, and safety.
• Collaborate closely with other GCC headquarters and liaise with clients, regulators, and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Spearhead performance improvements, establish KPIs, and manage continuous operational readiness.

• Male, 55 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer or any related field
• At least 25 years of experience in construction projects in oil & gas sector with a minimum at least 15 years in managerial position.
• Must have worked in projects with value of USD 350 million and have handled multiple contracts projects in KSA.

Salary:
SAR 60,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
