Chief Projects Officer will manage Project Management & Facility Management teams with directors of both departments as direct reports, while reporting to CEO.

Description

* Chief Projects Officer will manage Project Management & Facility Management teams with directors of both departments as direct reports, while reporting to CEO
* Coordinates the efforts of various workers in order to ensure that required tasks can be accomplished
* Develops a timeline for the completion of certain milestones for multiple projects
* Creates a budget for the completion of a particular job, and monitors the amount spent in order to ensure the project does not exceed this amount
* Recommends changes to a project that is ongoing if it appears it is not proceeding on schedule or is producing unsatisfactory results
* Develops an alternate course of action for completing a job should the initial plan fail
* Makes presentations to investors, business partners and company executives concerning different phases of a project
* Reviews proposals and approves or denies them
* Establish effective governance and support the chartering and sponsoring of projects
* Maintain strategic alignment of business objectives through projects, programmes, and portfolio

Requirements

* 20+ years of experience with a mix of consultancy/developers side responsible for multi-site Project Management & Facilities Management
* 10+ years of experience in a Director/Senior Management/Chief Projects Officer role
* Experience managing projects in excess of SAR 500 million
* Experience with delivering commercial assets projects
* Experience with collecting and filtering data and presenting to the board
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* Master's degree and Project Management certifications are a plus
* Arabic is a plus but not essential
