Description

Chief Projects Officer - Non Profit - Riyadh KSA

* Designing and supervising the implementation of programs and projects that serve the message.
* Directing programs and projects with the new directions that ensure the coherence of existing projects with the new projects that implement the objectives
* Establishing the annual plan in partnership with the program managers and following up on the annual performance indicators for projects.
* Delegating tasks based on the strengths, skills, and levels of experience of each manager to ensure that they perform their duties efficiently.
* Cooperating with program managers in developing ideas for new projects and carrying out experimental projects that support the vision.
* Development of evaluation tools to determine the feasibility and sustainability of current and new programs to ensure the provision of more effective and efficient services.
* Work on evaluating and analyzing programs based on data and statistics, to ensure that corrective measures are applied when needed.
* Establishing an integrated governance system that includes all policies and procedures to guide and monitor management to ensure the achievement of the main objectives.
* Ensure that all programs are properly aligned with strategy and submit reports on the actual status of all programs and projects to the CEO.
* Establishing a strategic vision and philosophy that guides it to achieve short and long-term goals, in partnership with the CEO and departmental directors.
* Supporting all other departments and sections about development programs.
* Determine the training needs for employees to achieve the goals of the program and participate in employment decisions for new employees.
* Performing any other tasks assigned by the line manager and within the limits of the specialization.

Requirements

Chief Projects Officer - Non Profit - Riyadh KSA

Qualifications:

* Female
* Saudi nationality
* Bachelor's degree in project management or sociology. (master's degree or higher preferable)
* Training of Trainers Certificate, Project Management, Personal Training Experience:
* 4 - 6 years of leadership experience in a non-profit, governmental, charitable organization or supervising multiple programs.
* Youth development, social support, volunteer work (is a plus)
