Chief Risk Officer

Job description / Role

• Review and become familiar with project scope, design, project cost and project schedule documentation for various projects
• Perform base cost and schedule validation, developing Primavera P6 schedule with project manager for adequate detail to model schedule risks, if necessary
• Facilitate risk identification and quantification workshops, incorporating risks into risk register
• Develop Monte Carlo simulations to quantify risks identified in the workshop
• Prepare written project risk assessment report
• Develop and maintain automated fraud detection systems and associated tools
• Manage the client relationship and organize and deliver underwriting surveys and reports for broad portfolio of IOCs, NOCs, and Independents

• Good understanding of project management and development lifecycle – requirements through implementation and maintenance
• Risk and Control program management skills
• Experience with performance monitoring, capacity planning, issue resolution and root cause analysis
• At least 5 years of experience in managing risk issue
• Experience with data encryption concepts and implementations
• Professional certifications like CISA, CISSP, or CISM is a plus
• Experience and knowledge of Risk and Compliance tools like Archer is a plus
• Bachelor degree with Civil engineer, Engineering or Computer Science

Salary:
SAR 14,000 to 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
