Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate civil engineering projects such as roads, bridges, and buildings.
• Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and reports.
• Conduct site assessments and surveys to gather necessary data for project development.
• Ensure that all designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring adherence to safety standards.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure quality and compliance with design specifications.
• Provide technical advice and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering or construction management.
• Strong knowledge of engineering design principles and construction methods.
• Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools.
• Understanding of local building codes and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification is preferred.
