Job description / Role
• Work in Close coordination with project management, design teams and contractors
• Work on cost planning and value engineering
• Analyze and negotiate change order requests and invoices
• Review and agree applications for payment
• Review and agree final accounts and project close-out
Requirements
• Saudi National
• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• 4+ years of experience in Civil, Constructions, Project Contract or Project Planning
• Knowledge about budgets, cash flow analyses
• Good management, communication and organization skills
• Capacity to work in a team setting with minimal supervision or direction
• Attention to detail and quality
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
