Civil Inspector

Job description / Role

Role:

We are currently looking for a Civil Inspector who ensures that all civil works on site are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The role involves continuous monitoring, inspections, and reporting to maintain construction quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of civil and finishing works.
• Verify works against approved drawings and specifications.
• Inspect formwork, reinforcement, concreting, blockwork, and finishes.
• Witness material testing and site inspections.
• Raise NCRs and follow up on corrective actions.
• Maintain inspection records and checklists.
• Coordinate with site engineers and QA/QC teams.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols during inspections.

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 8–15 years experience in construction supervision projects.
• Experience in residential, mixed-use, and high-rise developments.
• Knowledge of QA/QC and inspection procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and standards.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
