Job description / Role
- Supervise day-to-day site civil operation of the respective areas and ensure all job activities are carried out as per drawings
- Establish day-to-day work schedule for project
- Ensure work methods are applied correctly and take responsibility for the safety aspects on the job on-site
- Provide solutions to improve on work methods
- Assists Project Manager with day-to-day operations
- Train and supervise workers on job activities to be carried out
- Other work-related duties as and when required by the Project Manager
- 100% on site
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineer or equivalent
- At least 5 years of Site Supervisory experience in civil works
- Able to start work in short notice
- Good communication and organization skills
