Claims Manager (Construction)

Job description / Role

We have an exciting opportunity to work as a Claims Manager for a well established contractor in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

You will be working on high profile projects on behalf of Riyadh municipality.

You will be a QS or Engineer - highly experienced with Claims and preferably with Middle-East / GCC experience.

Duties will include:
- Contract reviews
- Training contract administrators
- Write the claims
- Preparing the claims to go to litigation.

Salary:
SAR 40,000 to 60,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Housing, Car, Flights, Medical.

Requirements

- At least 20 years' experience working for Main Contractors
- Claims preparation experience for Main Contractors
- A civil engineering or architect or quantity surveying degree
- A legal qualification such as an LLM.
