Cleaning Supervisor - FM - Transferable Iqama needed
Our client, a large FM contractor company are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to join their KSA operation.
Candidates should be experienced in supervising Soft FM (Cleaning, Pest Control, Security, Waste Management) services, FM contracts, and service delivery to SLA's).
The role will be for a mixed use development consisting of commercial, residential and retail facilities.
Candidates must have a Transferable Iqama to be considered
Requirements
• Experience in Facilities Management
• Middle east experience required
• Based in KSA
• Inspection and incident reports
• Have supervised a team of blue collar workers delivering Soft services
• Good communication skills in English
• Experience managing Soft FM (Cleaning, Pest Control, Security, Waste Control)
• Must have a Transferable Iqama
