We will count on you to:
Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring client needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and employee benefits requirements.
Provide strategic insights on employee health and benefits programs, including health insurance, wellness initiatives, and related services.
Manage the end-to-end delivery of employee benefits solutions, from plan design to ongoing administration.
Conduct regular client reviews to assess program performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams such as placement, actuarial, compliance, and operations to deliver tailored solutions.
What you need to have:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, insurance, or a related field.
Proven experience in employee benefits, health insurance, or client management within the insurance or consulting industry.
Strong understanding of employee health and benefits programs, regulatory environment, and market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
