Client Specialist - Treasury Market Advisor - Gulf

Our clients use Thomson Reuters solutions to interpret market trends and enable decision making process. The Treasury market Advisor will drive the Foreign Exchange and Money Markets segment, through the definition and implementation of our regional workflow specific retention strategy. Use specialist knowledge to demonstrate and train on relevant functions and content specific.

Responsibilities:
• Identify the key market trends affecting the Treasury Market Segment globally and specifically in the Gulf Region
• Identify a strategy and implementation plan to drive the Retention in the Treasury segment, and communicate our offering to the wider client specialist organization
• Work closely with the product development and content enhancement teams. Provide customer feedback, with concrete and implementable suggestions on how to improve our proposition
• Engage directly with a portfolio of our most advanced and sophisticated users in the Gulf, providing the financial market professionals with relevant best practices that will improve their decision making process, through better usage of our products
• Moderates webinars and focus days
• Proactively manage customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction of the relevant market segment
• Build strong and effective partnership with relevant stakeholders across the organization, in pursuit of increased customer satisfaction

• Excellent knowledge and expertise in the Advanced Treasury Markets
• Previous work experience in the financial markets industry
• Very Strong understanding of Gulf customers business model
