Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Role:
• Ensure the smooth running of a medical clinic, take on administrative and sometimes medical duties, to include managing clinic staff and overseeing day-to-day management operations.
• Responsible for assessing the staffing needs of the clinic and determining when new staff are needed. Interview candidates, hire new clinic employees and train them to meet clinic requirements.
• Manage and supports the existing staff at the clinic by managing their performance, provide organizational reviews, and mediate any issues that may arise.
• Plan the short and long- term budgets for the clinic and ensure that budgets are being followed and that the clinic’s fiscal needs are being met.
• Responsible for developing business plans for the clinic, look for new ways to organize staff and implement systems to maximize productivity in the workplace and meet objectives.
• Ensure compliance with ministry of health rules & regulations, Labour Law, Civil Défense & other government agencies.

Requirements

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree majoring in health administration, public health, business administration, or management
• 5+ years’ experience, managing operations and administration of a Hospital / Clinic

• Data Entry procedures including EMR, Microsoft Excel and Word
• Computerized billing/registration system
