Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, your key objective will be to add value to our clients' hybrid cloud journeys by helping them define and execute strategies to manage their Application and Platform Operations in hybrid multi-cloud environments. This objective requires the ability to create a detailed understanding of the clients' applications, platforms and infrastructure, evaluate different options to manage their operations in hybrid cloud architectures and design the optimal solution for the client considering their strategy, business objectives and financial case. This role is cross-industry and requires your dedication and willingness to work with clients from different industries. You will have a large support network from solution teams, account teams, other technology lines and business partners of IBM and will coordinate these teams towards the common goal of creating the best solution for the client. You will also oversee client engagements' successful delivery and clients' satisfaction and build effective relationships with the C-suite of your clients.

Roles and Responsibilities
- You will lead IBM Consulting's growth and profitability strategies for Application Operations Management Services in hybrid cloud environments for MEA region, including all clients in all industries. IBM's Manage4Cloud offering will be your main proposition with possible elements from DevSecOps, AIOps, Platform Engineering Services and ITSM solutions.
- Organic growth in existing clients and acquiring new clients will be your business targets along with the profitability of delivery in Application Operations Management Services domain
- You will lead capability building initiatives in your domain for MEA and initiate and coordinate activities like trainings, awareness sessions, client presentations, etc
- You will understand the client's strategic needs, business objectives, and then articulate and formulate proposals and statements of work which are aligned
- You will be a trusted advisor to the clients and help them connect their business strategies to their hybrid multi-cloud strategies
- You will evangelize IBM Manage4Cloud and Platform Services offerings within our community and within sales teams
- You will increase the Hyperscaler portion in overall applications and platforms operations base by developing relationships with hyperscalers, finding partnership opportunities in your deals and developing solutions combining IBM propositions and hyperscaler products/tools
- You will develop and improve relationships with stakeholders like IBM Solutioning teams, client facing teams, offering management teams, IBM Technology and other 3rd parties

Requirements

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Certification in one or more of the hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, G42, IBM Cloud, etc)
- Having worked and led projects/programs in Application Operations Management domain in private/public/hybrid cloud environments
- Proven knowledge of multi-cloud management platforms, especially, RedHat technologies and concepts like containers, Kubernetes nodes, etc
- Hands-on experience in concepts like DevSecOps, AIOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, Iaas/PaaS/SaaS, security and middleware technologies
- Proven capability in Business Development (including Hyperscalers), Sales Leadership and Delivery including Project/Program Management

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:
