Job Description

• Work closely with OME teams to gather information about estimated production capacity and production costs.
• Assist the Marketing department with advisory issues related to planning, coordinating and reporting of marketing activities, achievement and retention initiatives.
• Evaluate Global contracts and revenue activities related to the portfolio and prepare management reports.
• Contribute to the development of the current fiscal marketing strategy and ensure all activities are on sales target and plan.
• Implements a marketing plan. Initiate and propose positive push and pull activities with the sales team and track all marketing initiatives and create weekly/monthly reports.
• Review media reports, related industry journals, and relevant literature, make reports on some negotiates terms of an agreement under the supervision of his superiors.
• Support in formulation of marketing activities or policies to promote products or services, working with internal departments.
• Collect information related to sales volume from relevant departments to develop appropriate allocation plans.
• Receive production orders from ARAMCO/SINOPEC and forward to respective OME teams.
• Coordinate with OME teams to set production levels and delivery deadlines as per ARAMCO/SINOPEC needs as well as YASREF plant capacity.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of production to ARAMCO/SINOPEC.
• Build strong relationships with counterparts at ARAMCO/SINOPEC and ensure continuous satisfaction with YASREF products and services.
• Resolve any delays in delivery to customers or any customer complaints with respect to product or service quality and escalate major complaints to management.

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the supervisor

About the Company

Yanbu Aramco Sinopec Refining Company Ltd., a joint venture between Saudi Aramco and China Petrochemical Corporation ( Sinopec). A world-class, full-conversion refinery that covers about 5.2 million square meters in the Yanbu Industrial City, and is considered to be a key anchor project for the future of Yanbu. YASREF will use 400,000 barrels per day (bpd) of Arabian heavy crude oil to produce premium transportation fuels, as well as high-value refined products for both international and domestic markets. It is scheduled to be operational in Q3 2014.

YASREF was registered in January 2012 with the single purpose to establish, operate, and manage a full conversion-refining complex. YASREF possesses the location advantage to effectively and efficiently supply both international and domestic markets. The products include 90,000 bpd of gasoline, 263,000 bpd of ultra-low sulfur diesel, 6,200 metric tons per day (mtd) of petcoke, 1,200 (mtd) of sulfur, and 140,000 tons per year of benzene. YASREF will process Arabian Heavy crude oil into high-quality refined products that could include future production of Paraxylene and products to support downstream industries.
