Our client is a leading developer in the Kingdom, with over 60 years of heritage & major iconic projects in their portfolio.

Requirements

Due to expansion they are looking to hire and experienced Commercial Director for a mixed use development project.

- BSc or equivalent
- RICS certified
- Proven track record in the Middle East
- Contractor or consultancy background
- Portfolio of large scale building projects on their cv
- Must be an excellent manager of people & clients alike Salary package includes highly competitive expat package including family status, schooling for x3 children & private health insurance
