Commercial Director

Job description / Role

Are you an experienced Commercial Director with a strong background in managing large-scale projects and a proven track record in consulting? We're seeking a driven professional to take on a leadership role in Saudi Arabia, contributing to transformative projects aligned with the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

Role Highlights:
- Oversee commercial operations for mega-projects, including mixed-use developments and iconic infrastructure.
- Lead on procurement, contract management, and cost planning while managing high-value stakeholder relationships.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring successful project delivery from inception to closeout.

- MRICS certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in commercial management, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
- Proven consultancy experience, preferably with top-tier PMCs or engineering consultancies.
- Extensive experience in the GCC region, including familiarity with local regulations, market conditions, and cultural practices.

Salary:
SAR 70,000 to 75,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
