Commercial Director

Job description / Role

We are currently looking for a Commercial Director for our client, an FM service provider that is part of large group of companies based in Riyadh. The Commercial Director plays a pivotal role in driving the company's growth within Saudi Arabia’s FM and O&M industries. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and leading the bid and estimation process to secure high-value contracts. The ideal candidate will bring a strong commercial acumen, a deep understanding of industry dynamics, and the ability to negotiate and manage complex contracts. By aligning business development strategies with market trends and company goals, this role ensures sustainable growth, competitive positioning, and operational excellence.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong experience in Business Development, Tendering, and Estimation within the FM and O&M industries.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial contracts, tendering processes, and bid strategies.
- Negotiation & Risk Management: Experience in pricing strategies, risk assessment, and contract negotiations.
- Market Network: Strong network within Saudi Arabia’s FM and O&M sectors.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic and English
