Charterhouse is working with a Governmental Company looking to hire a Commercial Legal Advisor to join their team in Saudi Arabia.
The Commercial Legal Advisor will primarily support the Investment and Commercial departments on legal matters pertaining to third-party commercial investments within the Company. Specifically, this role will focus on reading, amending and drafting contracts related to master-agreements, investor agreements and join ventures deals with potential investors.

The ideal candidate must hold a LLB and/or LLM Degree specializing in corporate law. Minimum 10+ years’ relevant experience in commercial legal laws, preferably in the real estate industry. Substantial experience of civil, rail and construction projects are required. You must be a native Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills.
You must have the ability to effectively work in a multi-gender, multi-national work team; whilst displaying particular sensitivity towards cultural and ethnic differences. Ability to travel frequently, in accordance to operational requirements.
