Commercial Manager - Saudi Arabia
Well known property development company is seeking a Commercial Manager with 7-10 years experience to be based in Saudi Arabia.
Suitable candidate to hold a Quantity Surveying Degree or Masters and speak fluent Arabic. Must also be registered with MRICS.
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveyor
- Experience working with the clients side of the project
- Must be able to speak Arabic
- Registered as MRICS
- 7-10 years experience as a Commercial Manager
- Experience tendering
- Supervise cost consultants
- Experience working on various type projects
