Commercial Manager - KSA (To Be Based At NEOM)

My client is a global Project Management Consultancy working across the Middle East on large scale, complex Multi-Use Giga development projects.
Due to a partnership agreement with a major developer in Saudi Arabia, they are on a huge recruitment drive to bring on a number of talented professionals into the business. The ideal candidates will be based on the NEOM projects to assist in the rapid acceleration of the Saudi Vision 2030.

As part of their growth strategy, we are looking for a Commercial Manager to provide input into the development of business strategies and cost plans, QS-type support, the management of stakeholders, in the area of resources, schedules, financials or other key inputs required by the clients. This also includes management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.

Salary:
SAR 55,000 to 60,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of experience
- Preferably from the UK
- Must have a Bachelor's qualification
- RICS Accreditation would be preferred
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and experience
