Job description / Role

- Leading Western Main Contacting business with strong Arabic Relationships. This group are thriving within Riyadh handling projects across Fit Out & New Build across a range of Sectors from Data to Education
- Reporting into the Commercial Director you you will sat in the Riyadh Head Office handling a range of contract administration, claims and commercial tasks across multiple projects.
- Are you an ambitious Managing Surveyor or Commercial Manager seeking to work on fast paced and dynamic projects for a Top Tier Main Contractor in the Kingdom

In this role you will be the go between for the Head Office and Projects as you will manage and monitor all aspects from procurement, policy, procedure, CVR’s / reports & RISK.
You will see issues before they occur and client front when needed. Working closely alongside the Operations Director and his team handling 8 Projects worth a combined value of £320 Million.

About our Main Contracting Client

- Arabic Main Contractor – strong local links to key stakeholders and departments across the Kingdom
- 50 Years + successful trading
- Reporting into the South African Commercial Director
- Role is based full time in Riyadh with occasional travel to meet business needs in the region
- Last 2 project awards negotiate at single source due to past performances and a strong relationship

Duties

- Contract Administration & Change Management
- Letting of sub-contracts and correspondence with end clients
- Cost, Cash Flow Forecasting , Change Management
- Looking strategically to ensure profitability on site and risk management

- In-depth working knowledge of FIDIC / NEC & JCT
- Experience in writing claims submissions, writing robust responses , delving into prolongation & EOTS
- 12 Years experience as a Managing Surveyor / Commercial Manager handling projects
- TIER 1 Buildings Main Contractor experience with experience to Fit Out & New Build
- Degree Educated BSc Quantity Surveying only – Western University
- CV must show stability and loyalty as the client won’t entertain 6 Job moves in 10 Years
- Understand its a 5 1/2 day working week
- Client looking to this person to start before the 10th of January LATEST

SAR 45,000 to 52,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
