Commercial Manager (Facilities Management)

Job description / Role

We are currently looking for a Commercial Manager for our client, a facilities Management service provider based in Jeddah, KSA. This role will be responsible for leading commercial management across multiple contracts, including contract administration, cost control, claims, variations, margin protection, and overall commercial performance. Given the strategic importance of this position, strong experience in the FM / services / infrastructure environment in KSA or the GCC, with proven capability in managing complex, multi-site, or multi-contract operations will be required.

• Strong background in contract and commercial management
• Experience in drafting and reviewing commercial proposals within facilities management and municipal waste management services
• Demonstrated experience in managing budgets, margins, variations, and claims
• Solid understanding of contractual frameworks and commercial risk
• Experience in KSA / GCC projects is highly preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
