Commercial Roofing Sales Representative

Peach State Roofing, Inc. is seeking an outside sales representative based in our new Akron, OH area office.

The outside sales representative requires an individual with prior sales or commercial roofing experience. This position will be based out of our new Akron area office planned for Copley, OH. The individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining new client relationships in the Cleveland area and surrounding states. The position will require strong analytical, communication, and writing skills focusing on customer service and problem-solving. The position will report to the regional manager.

Peach State Roofing completes projects throughout the west coast and the lower 48 states. Our corporate office is based just outside of Atlanta, GA and we have 24 fully staffed locations nationwide. Peach State Roofing focuses on private commercial re-roofing projects with single-ply and sheet metal installations. Peach State Roofing is widely recognized as one of the country’s top single-ply commercial roofing contractors.

Requirements

• Prior sales or commercial roofing experience.
• Must have familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook and OneDrive/SharePoint, and use of iPhones.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and climb up and down ladders.
• Maintain a valid driver's license with no restrictions.
• Authorized to work in the United States (company will E-Verify).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain new client relationships.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues with existing clients.
• Coordinate service and large scale jobs with customers and facility managers.
• Manage long sales cycles.
