Commercial Specialist

Job description / Role

Responsibilities

- Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to manage contract terms and conditions.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and trends.
- Analyze competitor activities and pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Act as the point of contact for customers, addressing queries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Develop pricing models and proposals based on market trends and profitability targets.
- Monitor sales performance and profitability metrics, providing regular reports to management.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment of commercial strategies.
- Assist in the development of sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans.
- Ensure all commercial activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in business transactions.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- + 3 years of experience
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
