Commission Manager

Job description / Role

•Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of commissioning activities for telecom and infrastructure systems.
•Develop and implement the commissioning strategy, procedures, schedules, and checklists in compliance with project and client requirements.
•Review design, construction, and vendor documentation to ensure commissioning requirements are incorporated.
•Manage FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), SAT (Site Acceptance Testing), and integration testing activities.
•Ensure compliance with applicable standards (Telecom, IT, Electrical, Civil, and Safety).
•Coordinate with project teams (Engineering, Construction, HSE, and Quality) to resolve issues impacting commissioning.
•Lead site-based commissioning teams and subcontractors, ensuring work is executed safely and effectively.
•Prepare and maintain commissioning documentation, reports, and punch lists.
•Act as the focal point with the client for all commissioning-related matters.
•Support final project handover, ensuring all systems are fully operational, tested, and documented.

Close coordination with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure that all systems are tested, integrated, and handed over according to client requirements, quality standards, and project deadlines.
