experienced Communication Manager to lead the development and implementation of communications strategies and initiatives for various sectors and regions.

Description

* Contribute to the design and implementation of the communication objectives and goals by providing innovative communications content
* Develop, implement and update Communication Department operational plans and oversee their implementation to take part in the realization of the envisioned future of the organization
* Collaborate with relevant staff members, stakeholders and leaders to identify required projects and initiatives that support the achievement of the organization's strategic communications vision
* Help install a culture of development, guidance and performance within the Communication Department
* Take responsibility, in collaboration with the Communication Director, for building and maintaining a high-performance team
* Participate in setting performance requirements and recruiting for key positions across the Communications Sector
* Set performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate / appraise staff and provide regular feedback on performance
* Promote a high-performance working environment embracing values
* Develop and implement a program of capacity development for Division staff

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or related field
* 10+ years of experience as a communication and/or public relations manager
