Job description / Role
The candidate will be responsible for managing the call center operations, developing and implementing the community experience policies and strategy.

Description
* Develop and implement Community Experience policies, processes & procedures in line with leading practices.
* Develop and implement the Community Experience strategy in coordination with relevant functions.
* Develop and implement Community Experience initiatives and programs
* Engage with the community and collect feedback and complaints and derive relevant insights.
* Coordinate with Events function to ensure that events are organized on a periodic basis.
* Coordinate with Marketing & Branding function to provide operational support for community events and activities as required (e.g., security, cleaning, logistics etc.).
* Manage call center services and activities performed by third party service providers and ensure their adherence to contractual agreements and high-quality standards.
* Manage satisfaction surveys and implementation of any initiatives to enhance the satisfaction of the community.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Business Administration or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university.
* Master's degree in Sociology, Business Administration or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is desirable.
* 15+ years of professional experience in community management in a fast-paced and dynamic environment in a development organization.
* A proven track record of deploying forward-looking operational methods (including future/cutting-edge technologies).
* Comprehensive working knowledge of governing bodies, committees, and regulatory organizations for the development sector within KSA.
