Employment: Full Time

An exciting opportunity to join one of the leading giga projects in Saudi Arabia. This is a newly created role to support the development of compensation, performance and reward plans.

Client Details

A large giga project in Saudi Arabia contributing to Vision 2030.

Description

* Define a fair, equitable and competitive total rewards policy
* Work effectively with stakeholders to facilitate compensation-related activities
* Assess the budgetary impact of compensation decisions
* Ensure rewards practices are in compliance with current KSA Labor Laws
* Prepare job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications
* Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates
* Differentiate pay systems to invest in the segments of workforce that contribute the most value
* Deploy effective communication strategies and success metrics
* Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends and periodic audits and prepare reports

Requirements

* Minimum Bachelor's degree and ideally a relevant certificate or qualification in HR/Compensation
* Minimum 7 years experience in a compensation & benefits role
* Numerically astute with good data analytical skills
* Strong communication skills and proven ability work with senior stakeholders
* Ideally knowledge of local labor laws and intricacies
