Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Mackenzie Jones are sourcing a Compensation and Benefits Specialist for our Client based in Saudi Arabia.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Compensation & Benefits specialist who is very much an expert in their field and looking for an exciting opportunity. You will provide professional advice and coordination in the development, implementation and administration of the Comp & Bens program for employees across the business. As an expert you will be fully competent in evaluating organisational needs, market trends and further develop responsive compensation program/methods/systems.

Requirements

It is essential that you are degree qualified and have a minimum of 10 year’s experience within a Compensation and Benefits/Reward role, ideally within a large matrix organisation. Key to this role is the ability to analyse and interpret compensation data and issues within the broader HR context, providing integrated solutions. A sound knowledge of job analysis and job evaluation principles, methods and procedures. Naturally, strong communication skills are essential as you will be required to present effectively to small and large groups across the business.
