Role Description
Baker Hughes is currently seeking a talented fresh engineering graduate for an exciting Field Specialist role in Saudi Arabia. The incumbent will under direct supervision develop and apply skills required to run applications of the Completion Product line
Responsibilities
- Under direct supervision participates in structured, on-the-job learning activities in the Completion Product line
- Learns process to prepare tools for rig site delivery and documented setting and retrieval methods.
- Develops and applies skills required to run less complex applications without supervision at the well site.
- Provides front-line support to customer and accurately completes all paperwork prior to or upon completion of job.
- Conducts all business activities in accordance to Baker Hughes Health Safety and Environmental policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.
- May conduct on-the-job training for some Completion applications as required.
- Handles special projects as assigned
Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Ability to work well and communicate well with others
- Willingness to work in remote harsh conditions would be preferred.
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to work in the field
Desired Characteristics:
- General Knowledge of Oil and Gas industry
- Desire to learn and quickly acquire new product line knowledge
