Compliance Analyst

Job description / Role

Junior compliance professional for a SAMA regulated entity based in Riyadh to undertake day-to-day compliance tasks to ensure effective compliance with applicable requirements for:

* Regulatory reporting and registrations
* Record retention
* Training requirements
* Anti-money laundering, anti-bribery, Conduct of Business and Governance regulations
* Business/Transaction advisory
* Ad-hoc support and guidance on requirements of other relevant regulatory authorities
* Maintain and update all compliance data including customer files, policies and procedures and employee compliance and training.
* Review of due diligence requirements for opening new client accounts, undertaking AML and KYC assessments/checks, rolling reviews of existing client accounts.
* Assist and guide the Head of Compliance in implementing corporate governance standards, records and polices in line with local regulatory matters.

Requirements

* Junior compliance professional for a SAMA regulated entity based in Riyadh.

Experience

* Excellent knowledge of the Saudi compliance market and applicable regulations
* 2-3 years compliance experience
* SAMA qualified
* Fluency in Arabic
* Bachelor's degree required
* Master's degree preferred
* Analytical in approach and able to disseminate information to share with stakeholders
* Excellent team player, willing to go above and beyond to work as a proactive member of the Middle East team
* Ability to work effectively in an international matrix-driven environment and under pressure
* Excellent communicator
* Good stakeholder management skills
* Excellent level of computer literacy required
