Compliance Manager

EMR is an emerging markets foremost provider of recruitment solutions specialised in most industrial segments and key functions. We are currently working with a global major conglomerate looking for a Compliance Manager to be based in KSA.

Our clients are currently recruiting for a Financial Compliance Manager to join a leading business in a pivotal role. This is a key position to ensure and update control narratives for the financial controls. The ideal applicant will be pivotal in communicating, testing and auditing the control processes for finance.

Responsibilities would include:
- Accountable for the internal audit of compliance of other non "in scope" controls
- Reporting on control failures and remediation plans
- Accountable for any other SOX or internal audit-related duties required by management
- Developing and implementing new / amended processes as required, working with process owners
- Maintaining the corporate system for SOX monitoring including control documentation, testing requirements, reporting and recording test results
- Testing of controls to meet with the group’s quarterly testing deadlines

Requirements

- Able to work on own initiative with minimum supervision
- Previous SOX experience preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with senior managers
- Internal audit experience and/or accounting Part-Qualification
