Compliance Manager - Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals

Job description / Role

As a Compliance Manager, you will oversee the company's compliance activities across all business units and functions. You will play a key role in ensuring that the organisation complies with internal and external regulatory standards while helping to reduce the overall risk profile of the company. This role includes ensuring corporate governance compliance, risk management, and monitoring compliance with pharmaceutical laws in various countries.

Description

* Develop and implement a compliance framework tailored to the organisation's needs.
* Ensure the company's activities comply with regulatory frameworks, including SFDA and other international bodies.
* Oversee compliance with corporate governance policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory filings.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate significant operational, regulatory, and strategic risks; provide risk dashboards for informed decision-making.
* Prepare the organisation for external inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
* Formulate, review, and update compliance policies, standards, and SOPs.
* Develop and deliver education and training programs to promote ongoing compliance awareness across the company.
