Job description
We are seeking an exceptional Concierge to join our luxury hospitality team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Concierge, you will be the face of our organization, providing world-class service and creating unforgettable experiences for our esteemed guests.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and assist guests, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience throughout their stay
- Provide expert recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, and cultural sites in Jeddah and the surrounding areas
- Make reservations and arrangements for dining, transportation, tours, and entertainment
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance to exceed expectations
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events, attractions, and services
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures as needed
- Manage and organize guest packages, deliveries, and correspondence
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Concierge in a luxury hospitality environment
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus
- In-depth knowledge of Jeddah's attractions, culture, and local services
- Proven ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Experience in handling guest complaints and going above and beyond to meet guest needs
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights and weekends
- Proficiency in hotel management software, preferably OPERA PMS
- Valid Saudi Arabian work permit or eligibility to obtain one
- Warm, friendly demeanor with a passion for customer service
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing situations
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
