Concrete Superintendent

Job description / Role

Client an International Contractor has an immediate requirement for a Concrete Specialist / Concrete Superintendent for a project in Saudi Arabia.

This is an excelent opportunity to join an excellent project team on a major project in the region.

Requirements

- Having 10-15 years of experience in all types of Concrete works.
- Capable of supervising overall Concrete Construction activities inclusive of Safety measures and work permits.
- To coordinate between sub-contractors and other Concrete crews.
- Capable of preparing Mix Designs.
- Capable of preparing manuals for Batching Plants.
- Advise on concrete placing.
- Knowledge of Concrete works techniques in hot weather.
- Knowledge of the routine testing of Concrete and Materials.
- Experienced in the methods of Concrete repair.
- Experience in asphalt works is an advantage.
- Experience with laboratory testing Procedures and Standards.
- Full Knowledge of Civil Construction Works.
- Able to supervise a large multinational crew.
- Able to follow and implement company’s policies and procedures.
