Construction Consultant (ex-CEO / SVP / Director) - Leading Contractor
Our client is a leading and highly respected Middle East construction and civil engineering contractor, with an enviable portfolio of iconic and mega-projects.
They are currently looking to recruit a Construction Consultant to join their team in Riyadh for a 6-12 contract.
The Role:
* Responsible for the timely and cost-effective operations in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.
* Lead the development of risk analyses, assessments and mitigation plans
* Ensure the efficient management of projects in accordance with the agreed budgets and schedule.
* Oversee the development of a construction project and its organization such as scheduling, budgeting, and implementation, etc.
* Plan, direct activities concerned with the construction process and systems.
* Analysis of project documents to determine delays, inefficiency, and damages; development and review of critical path method schedules.
Requirements
* A minimum of 25 years industry experience, with at least 10 years in a senior managerial role (CEO, SVP, Director), whereby they have overseen a major contracting business from above.
* Excellent knowledge of the Construction industry; (specially in EPC, Infrastructure, Mega Projects & Utilities).
* Ability to examine the construction reports.
* Strong problem solving, management, and strategic planning and execution skills.
* Strong Oracle experience.
* Bachelor in Engineering, Masters preferred
* Experience in the Middle East is a strong plus.
