Job description / Role
Major tier 1 contracting company in the Middle East require an experienced Director level professional to be located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Candidates are required to have a Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management with MBA preferred (not essential). Proven 20 years + experience in Senior Project & Operations Management of major construction based projects & programmes. Candidates are required to have a detailed and thorough understanding of Construction Methodologies with strong International Construction Management experience gained preferably in the UK, Europe USA or Australia preferred. This role will be to review current on going projects, procedures & processes and to champion LEAN Construction Management as critical for the business, to design & deploy Six Sigma strategies for process improvement. This role is a hands on strategic position reporting directly to Board so candidates are required to have a strong project management background on large scale construction / civil engineering projects.
Market Leading TAX FREE salary on offer plus full expatriate package.
SAR 90,000 to 110,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
