JASARA PMC is seeking a skilled Construction Manager to lead our construction projects in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will collaborate with various teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to facilitate smooth operations and maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from conception to completion.
• Establish project schedules, budgets, and resources needed to achieve project goals.
• Monitor construction progress and compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Lead and manage on-site personnel, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular inspections to assess quality and safety on-site.
• Prepare project documentation, including reports, budgets, and change orders.
• Resolve any issues that arise and implement solutions promptly.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and report on project status.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in construction management.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety protocols, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
